Our PU Sheet is produced with high-quality cast polyurethane and thermoplastic polyurethane raw materials. As a high-performance elastic industrial plate, the PU Sheet owns outstanding abrasion resistance, high tensile strength and low compression set.
Standard stock PU Sheet includes black, yellow, red, translucent colors with complete hardness range. We can process finished gaskets, buffer blocks, wear strips directly from bulk PU Sheet via die cutting, CNC machining and punching.
We support full personalized solutions for PU Sheet: customized thickness, dimension, Pantone color; irregular special-shaped polyurethane workpieces can be manufactured according to your 2D/3D drawings or physical samples.

Manufactured by casting and 12-hour high-temperature vulcanization, our PU sheets deliver outstanding abrasion, tear and impact resistance. Its service life is 3-10 times longer than ordinary rubber and 2-5 times longer than steel, minimizing downtime and frequent replacement costs.
2.Two Material Options for Dry & Harsh Wet Working Conditions
Polyester PU: Excellent wear resistance, ideal for dry conditions such as ore screening and crushing;
Polyether PU: Great hydrolysis, acid, alkali, oil and solvent resistance, long-term immersion in slurry & sewage, perfect for coal washing and tailings dewatering.
3.High Elasticity for Shock Absorption, Noise Reduction & Anti-blocking
Excellent elasticity buffers impact from falling bulk materials to protect metal equipment. The smooth compact surface avoids material adhesion and silo blockage, meanwhile effectively reducing workshop operating noise.
