1.Product Introduction

Polyurethane elastomer sheet (PU sheet) is integrally molded by high-temperature casting and compression vulcanization with imported polyether & polyester PU raw materials. As a composite wear-resistant sheet combining high elasticity of rubber and high strength of engineering plastic, it features compact internal structure without air holes and superior flatness. Custom hardness, thickness, dimension, color and deep processing services (cutting, grooving, adhesive backing, punching) are available. Compared with rubber, PVC and nylon sheets, it boasts greatly improved wear resistance, tear resistance, oil & acid-alkali resistance. Widely applied in industrial shock absorption, wear lining, equipment buffering and anti-corrosion protection, it is a cost-effective long-service industrial wear-resistant alternative material.
